Engagement Programme
If you are 16 – 18 years old and need support and guidance in choosing which career you want to follow or assistance in finding placement or employment, our Engagement programme is for you.
The full programme lasts around 26 weeks, focusing on Employability skills (CV writing, job searches, interview techniques, appropriate behaviour at work, etc.) and improving your numeracy and literacy skills. During this time we will also offer you taster sessions across all the routes that we offer in HCT:
The programme focuses on finding you a suitable placement and developing a progressive route for you so that you leave the programme with either a job, a work placement (Jobs Growth Wales+ or Apprenticeship) or employment.
